The biggest difference
in functionality between
a dimming knob and
a button-type panel is as follows:
The dimming knob is a device that enables
smooth control of lighting, curtains,
and background music brightness from 0–100%.
It can be freely rotated to adjust light intensity.
On the other hand, a button-type panel is used to control
specific “scenes” such as Home Mode or Away Mode.
It can also be used to set light brightness
to fixed levels like 100%, 70%, or 20%.
The button panel includes many preset options
or settings to control opening, closing, or stopping curtains.
It also has volume buttons to adjust
background music volume by pressing
“multiple times” to increase or decrease the sound level.
